Refund And Return Policy of Apollo Group TV

Thank you for choosing Apollo Group TV, the best IPTV streaming service distributed through the Apollo Group TV App, Apollo TV, and the broader Apollo TV Group platform. We aim to provide you with a simple, high-quality viewing experience. To that end, however, we acknowledge that situations may arise where refund or return is necessary. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request them, and the conditions that apply.

Definitions

“Service” refers to any IPTV subscription, add-on, or pay-per-view package provided by Apollo Group TV, Apollo TV, or Apollo TV Group via the Apollo Group TV App.

“Subscription Term” is the period during which you have prepaid to enjoy the Service (monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, or yearly).

“Effective Date” is the date the payment for your subscription is successfully processed.

“User Account” is your personal account based on your email address and device IDs.

  1. 7‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee

All new Apollo Group TV subscribers get a 7‑day money‑back guarantee from the Effective Date. If you have technical issues that we cannot resolve in this period—or are for any reason not satisfied—you can request full refund. This guarantee only covers your first purchase of an IPTV plan.

Eligibility Criteria

Your refund request has to be made within seven (7) calendar days of the Effective Date.

You need to collaborate with our technical support team by sharing device logs or screenshots to be able to diagnose the problem.

The subscription should have been purchased directly from Apollo Group TV. Reseller orders or third-party website orders are reliant on their respective refund policies.

Pro‑Rated Refunds for Multi‑Month Plans

For quarterly, bi-monthly, or yearly IPTV subscriptions, we can issue a pro-rated refund following the 7-day period in case the Service crashes because of reasons clearly within the Apollo Group TV’s control (e.g., extended server outage exceeding 72 continuous hours). Pro-rated refunds are provided based on the unused value of your Subscription Term, minus payment processing fees.

Non‑Refundable Items & Services

The following are non-refundable

One‑time activation fees (if applicable) after the Service has been provisioned.

Special promotion bundles after the initial 7‑day warranty.

Used add‑on bundles (sports events, PPV, etc.).

Tips or donations made through the use of the Apollo Group TV App.

Asking for a Refund

Email refunds@apollogroup‑iptv.com or create a ticket within your User Account.

Your order number, registered email, type of payment, and brief description of the issue.

Our support team will be in touch within 24 business hours with the troubleshooting steps or an update on your refund status.

Refunded amounts that have been approved are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks & Disputed Payments

If you initiate a chargeback without initially contacting Apollo Group TV support, we reserve the right to cancel and suspend your User Account and future purchases on all Apollo TV Group services. Chargebacks incur unnecessary processing fees that impact all subscribers. We are committed to resolving disputes in a friendly manner—please contact us first.

Cancellation & Auto‑Renewal

You may terminate auto‑renewal at any time from your Apollo Group TV dashboard or by emailing billing@apollogroup‑iptv.com.

Termination prevents future payments but will not issue an automatic refund for the ongoing Subscription Term unless it’s in the 7‑day guarantee.

After termination, you will continue to have IPTV access until the paid duration runs out.

Returns of Physical Merchandise (If Applicable)

From time to time, Apollo Group TV will have branded streaming devices or accessories for sale. Physical items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in the same condition, and all original packaging and accessories remain. Return postage costs are at the buyer’s expense except when the item was faulty on arrival.

Late or Missing Refunds

If more than 10 business days have passed, and you have not received your refund yet:

Abuse & Fraud Prevention Policy

We monitor refund patterns to prevent abuse (e.g., repeated 7‑day cancellations). Users who are found to be abusing the refund policy may be denied future refunds or excluded from Apollo Group TV, Apollo TV, and related IPTV sites permanently.

Variations to This Refund & Returns Policy

Apollo Group TV has modified or updated this policy at any time. Changes will be shown on our website with the new date of taking effect. Continuation of use of the Service after a change has been implemented will constitute your agreement with the changed terms.
