Welcome to Apollo Group TV. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all Apollo Group TV services, including but not limited to the Apollo Group TV App, Apollo TV, Apollo TV Group, and all associated IPTV products and platforms. By accessing and using our IPTV services, you consent to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, installing, or using the Apollo Group TV App or website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. If using the service for a corporation, you confirm you are authorized to bind the corporation.
IPTV Service Description
Apollo Group TV provides digital IPTV streaming services with live channels, movies, series, and VOD content. Services are delivered via the internet and consumed using compatible devices.
User Account Registration
You must register an account to access most services. You agree to:

Subscription Plans and Billing

Acceptable Use

Use the service for illegal streaming, redistribution, or copyright violation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or databases
Violation can result in termination of your account without a refund.
Content and Licensing
Apollo Group TV does not own the channels or media streamed. Content rights are held by the original content owners. Access to some IPTV channels will vary by location due to licensing.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the IPTV service may occasionally be impacted by:

Technical interruptions

We do not compensate for loss due to interruption of service or removal of channels.

Termination of Service
